Lindsey's reading list

There is nearly always a tall stack of books next to my bed. I can never seem to read just one book at a time, and I love reading a wide variety of genres. Here are the books that are on my reading list right now:

FFL reading list
  1. The Home Decluttering Diet – With signs of spring outdoors, I’ve gotten the spring-cleaning bug! My house needs a good decluttering, and this book provides just the inspiration!
  2. The Homegrown Preschooler – I’ve had this book for several years, and I love the activity ideas for preschoolers! My kids have loved doing these activities, and it’s a great way to minimize screentime and encourage creative play.
  3. The History of the Ancient World – This is where my history nerdiness comes out. I love reading about history, and this is the first of a series covering world history.
  4. The Star and the Shamrock – This is the only fictional book I’m reading currently, and of course, it’s historical fiction. It spans both Germany and Ireland during World War II. Love it thus far!
  5. The Stress-Proof Brain – I have been fascinated with psycho-neurobiology lately. I’ve been listening to podcasts and reading a ton on brain neuroplasticity and the impact of our thoughts on our physical and emotional well-being. Super interesting!
  6. Life Force – Who can go wrong with Tony Robbins? This latest book is interesting, because it goes over many up-and-coming scientific break throughs in the medical world. He’s also donating the proceeds from this book to charity and research.
  7. Missing Each Other – This book goes into how to cultivate meaningful connections with others. I appreciate the concepts of attunement, how to truly listen to understand, and developing mutual understanding.
